 Functional Fitness:   We can slow the process of aging  with exercise, specifically with core flexibility and progressive load, functional fitness for ageing baby boomers.

The core consists of muscles and joints of the abdomen, low back, pelvis and hips. Strengthening  core muscles improves proximal to distal sequencing, the power we need to move our extremities successfully and painlessly. This will take time, hard work, patience and a positive attitude. I would be honored to be able to help you towards a better quality of life and longevity.
