Achievable Health and Fitness was born from watching many people in my gym train for over 10 years with no results. They would go through the same routines day after day, eating or not eating, and not have any discernible body changes. I starting training with a strength coach and went to a sports nutritionist for 9 months. At the end of my first year I had transformed myself from 30% body fat to 19% with zero cardio - only strength training 6 days a week - with a net change of 7 pounds for the year. I gained 11 pounds of lean mass and lost 11% body fat. The next four years I conducted many different experiments on myself and whittled my body fat down to 11.5%. I currently fluctuate between 12-13% depending on my lifting program. Because I loved working out and learning about how the body responds to different methods of training and eating, I became a certified personal trainer from the National Council on Strength & Fitness and have taken classes on many different subjects such as:

I recently completed my Health Fitness Specialist certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. I believe in helping people achieve their goals.
